Infant Massage
Discover the unique qualities and benefits of infant Massage and how the infant's brain responds to movement and touch. You will learn new ways to assist infants relieve physical discomfort, tone the digestive tract as well as relieve built-up tension in the infant's body. Including this practice in your program may also help infants eliminate colic and constipation, growing pains, teething and sinus congestion.
a) Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The activity is hands on and we will be working on the floor.
b) Bring a large towel or yoga mat.
c) A baby size doll to practice on.
d) any lotions or massage you feel are appropriate to use for the massage.
