What is RTT-ELC?
RTT- Early Learning Challenge Project is a federally funded child care quality rating and improvement system being piloted in Los Angeles County.
Who is Eligible?
Family Child Care Home providers and child development centers, who car for children ages 0-5, that have had their license for at least 12 months.
What does RTT-ELC offer?
* Grants to help improve your child care program
* Free quality assessment of your child care program
* Coaching and support to help improve your child care program's quality
* Opportunity to meet and network with other child care providers
